Hello there! Let me introduce myself!

I'm Orla Wynn-Dineen, a proud mother of twin boys who are now big 9-year-olds. I've had the opportunity to live in various parts of the UK, including Belfast, Liverpool, Manchester, and Dundee. Currently, I am back in Northern Ireland, which feels like home to me.

For the past 8 years, I have been working as a Franchise Manager for WOW World group. In this role, I have had the pleasure of onboarding new franchises, assisting them in setting up their businesses, and providing ongoing mentorship for their business growth. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience in HR and also worked in the finance sector.

Currently, I am pursuing a BS in Accountancy with a specialization in TAX. I am passionate about expanding my knowledge and skills in this field.

What’s the cost benefits to you?

The cost benefits of working with a virtual assistant (VA) are significant. Here are some key points:

  • Pay for hours worked: With a VA, you only pay for the hours actually worked. This allows for better cost control as you can allocate resources as needed and avoid paying for idle time.

  • Elimination of employee costs: Hiring a VA as an independent contractor means you are not responsible for costs such as National Insurance contributions, pension contributions, or sick pay. This can result in substantial savings compared to hiring an employee.

  • No need for benefits: As a VA and independent contractor, you are not obligated to provide benefits such as holiday pay, healthcare, or other employee perks. This further reduces costs for your business.

  • Reduced office overheads: Since a VA works remotely, there is no need to provide physical office space or equipment. This eliminates the associated costs of rent, utilities, furniture, and hardware/software purchases, resulting in significant savings.

  • Time savings for business growth: By delegating tasks to a VA, you can free up your own valuable time. This allows you to focus on strategic planning, business development, and other activities that can help grow and enhance your business.

  • Immediate skills and reduced training costs: When choosing a VA, you can select someone who already possesses the necessary skills and experience for the tasks you require. This reduces or eliminates the need for extensive training, saving both time and money.

Overall, working with a VA can provide substantial cost benefits compared to hiring an employee or maintaining an in-house support team.
